Pump and filter spares

We stock and supply hundreds of spare parts, not just for units we have supplied, but for virtually any water treatment system or piece of equipment. From cartridges to pumps and housings to spare lamps we sell just about everything you will need to keep your water treatment equipment in full working order. We stock over £100,000 worth of water treatment products and related equipment.

Trade Counter

Most items are available on an ex-stock basis for collection from our busy, friendly trade counter, which is open from 8.30 to 4.30 Monday to Friday.  Ample parking is available for either cars or commercial vehicles.

If you intend to collect goods from the trade counter please contact us prior to your collection so we can check availability and ensure you order is waiting for you on your arrival.

Delivery Service

For customers requiring a home or site delivery, we offer a full UK delivery service on either a next day, fully insured postal service or a 2/3 day carrier service. 

Payment

Goods collected at the trade counter can be paid for by cash, personal cheque (with appropriate guarantee card), credit or debit card (we are chip and pin enabled for your added security). If you require a delivered service we are happy to take any of the above payments by post or phone (please do not send cash through the post) and we will post the receipt with your goods.

Spares Identification

It is vital that you only install the correct spare parts into your water treatment equipment, failure to do this may invalidate your warranty or more importantly stop your equipment working as it was designed to do.

We have produced a range of helpful sheets for identifying parts such as ultra violet lamps but if you are unsure we would be only too happy to try and assist you over the phone.
